花蓮雲基地管理規則

租借前請詳閱以下規則

1. Those who wish to rent the meeting room of this facility (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting Room") must carefully read the management regulations, which indicates their willingness to comply with all related rules.

2. The meeting room is managed by Hualien Cloud Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Hub").

3. Rules for Access to the Base:

● Bringing contraband, flammable substances, explosives, other dangerous items, and pets into the Hub is strictly prohibited.
● Please be responsible for your own belongings. The Hub assumes no liability for any loss or damage.

4. Meeting Room Rental Regulations:

(1) If you need to post posters or promotional materials on the walls of the meeting room or other designated areas, please consult with the Hub. The Hub will provide appropriate locations for posting. It is strictly forbidden to stick, nail, or hang anything on building surfaces without informing the on-site staff. If any damage is caused to the building as a result, the renting party shall be responsible for restoring the original condition or compensating for the damage.

(2) The noise level during events must not disturb other areas. If this rule is violated and warnings are ignored, the Hub reserves the right to immediately terminate the event.

3. 場地租借單位所有佈置應限於租用範圍及本基地指定之區域內,不得隨意放置、妨礙其他使用人權利。

(4) The use of special effects such as firecrackers, firecrackers' bangs, confetti, glitter, spray adhesives, smoke, fireworks, open flames, and similar items is strictly prohibited within the Hub. The renting party shall be responsible for cleaning if such items are used without permission. In case of any accidents caused, the renting party shall bear full liability for compensation.

(5) The renting party must conclude the use of the venue within the approved time period. Any extension requires prior approval from the Hub.

(6) The Hub is a completely smoke-free area. Please ensure to inform all relevant personnel. Any fines incurred due to violations by organizers or attendees shall be the sole responsibility of the renting party.

(7) The renting party and their contractors or service providers are advised to obtain relevant insurance as needed. The renting party shall be fully responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or any adverse impact on other users’ meetings or events caused during construction or activities.

(8) The Hub strictly prohibits the presentation or exhibition of products with false origin labels, false advertising, counterfeit trademarks, or infringement of others' patents during meetings or exhibitions held at the Hub. Any unauthorized reproduction, public performance, public broadcasting, public screening, or public transmission of copyrighted works without the consent or authorization of the rights holder is also strictly forbidden. Violators, including the renting party and their contractors or sponsors, shall bear full legal responsibility. Furthermore, if the Hub is sued or suffers damages as a result, the renting party shall be fully liable for all compensation.

(9) It is strictly forbidden to move any furniture or equipment from the meeting room without permission from the Hub. Violators shall bear all compensation and legal responsibilities.

(10) The Hub reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time for any matters not covered herein.

(11) These regulations take effect on June 13, 2025.
