Form the 333 Explore Hualien Group, share a meal together, walk along a street, and chat about each other’s cultures. It may be just an ordinary afternoon, but it could become an encounter that changes each other’s perspectives.
We believe that true international exchange is not about arranging a few tourist spots,
but about everyday interactions, cultural sharing, and sincere conversations.
Join the **Nomad Lab Hualien Study Buddy Program** now,

📢The “One-Week Store Manager Program” at Hualien Cloud Base Cloud Coffee is now open for registration!
No coffee for sale, just stories for exchange.☕
A business card, a travel story, or even a suggestion—can earn you a cup of coffee brewed by your own hands at the bar, and a genuine exchange with travelers, locals, and digital nomads.
🗓️Event Period｜August 17th (Mon) – August 23rd (Sun), please participate for at least 2 days.
⏰Exchange Time｜Daily 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Space Awakening from 1:30 PM)
👤Target Audience｜Anyone 18 years or older, Taiwanese citizens, or international digital nomads with a valid residency visa are eligible to apply.
🎁Provided by the Organizer｜Unlimited coffee beans, a private bar, social media exposure, and on-site insurance.
💰Fee｜No fees required.
No coffee brewing expertise required. If you have a story, skill, or interest to share, you are welcome to apply!

✦ 每月第三個星期三 我們相聚在花蓮雲基地✦
邀請花蓮縣消防局高級救護技術員劉冠英，以第一線救護與災難應變經驗，帶來專為旅居花蓮的數位遊牧者以及嚮往四處旅居生活的你，而設計的 90 分鐘急救生存實戰，在關鍵時刻真正用得上的判斷與行動。
將學會：
◆ 用手機座標、明顯地標與可辨識設施進行異國定位報案
◆ 辨識旅宿一氧化碳中毒、中風與嚴重過敏反應
◆ 練習 EpiPen 訓練器、止血 ABC 與止血帶操作
◆ 區分熱衰竭與中暑，建立運動傷害與蛇咬傷應變觀念
